Can a Fish Oil Diet Benefit You?

The bulk of our dietary food sources primarily provide us with omega 6 fatty acids, and have little to offer in the way of omega 3s.  About the only foods source that we have to turn to in order to supply us with the omega 3 fatty acids that we desperately need are fish, and it is no longer recommended that you include an ample supply of fish to your diet.  This is because of the high levels of toxins that omega 3 rich fish contain.
