Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of Fish, Borage and Organic Flax See Oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid. The Omega-3′s, Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and the Omega-6, GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health. Oleic Acid, an Omega-9, has also been shown to promote a healthy vascular system.
Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. FDA evaluated the data and determined that, although there is scientific evidence supporting the claim, the evidence is not conclusive (see nutrition information for fat content).

Article after article, study after study raves about the benefits of Omega oils.
Well, I took the bait and bought this one, because it contains all 3 oils.
I simply expected better health like getting good blood work…but the results were far greater.
My skin and hair look fabulous i mean really fabulous. My hair grew about 2 1/2 inches (trust me, it was the supplements). I felt better. I even grew beautiful nails (as a former nail biter this is not an easy task for me).
I even lost weight (read Jorge Cruise’s 8 Minutes in the Morning to learn why a certain Omega oil does that)!
I have recommended this brand to my entire family, friends, and just about everyone with whom supplementation comes up.
As per usual, Amazon gets you a great deal for these for the price. They have several sizes.
If you have children, I recommend getting this brand (NOW) but the actual oil rather than the pills.
Watch them have beautiful hair, skin, nails, and teeth because of it.
Ladies, if you take this with prenatal vitamins people won’t recognize you after a few months.

I’m always looking for the best for my buck & NOW brands is almost always in the top 3, especially on Amazon. I’ve had problems in the past with fish oil & the gross fish tasting burps but I have very few problems with this gel capsule. I also like the amount of each Omega 3,6,9 in this product.

I’ve used Omega 3 formulas before and didn’t like the “burp back” factor. This supplement goes beyond just Omega 3 and so far, no digestive after effects. I’m glad Allstar Health has joined with Amazon.com and made this quality brand available at a much discounted price compared to my local store that carries this excellent brand. I would highly recommend this product. My immune health has increased unbelievably! I love this product and will recommend it to everyone I know. You must take this for a couple of months before you judge the effectiveness, in my opinion.

I have been taking omega’s for the last 5 or 6 years. These are by far my least favorite. For one, these pills are HUGE! By far the biggest pills I have taken ever just in general. My girlfriend looked at them and said they were bigger than her pre-natal vitamins. The other thing I really didn’t like, is that these omega’s are only the second brand of omega’s that have given me fish burps. (if you have ever gotten them, then you know how gross they are); eh…just buyer beware…I just know that I won’t go with this brand next time…
