Hi,  I’m Charles Strong and I’m an avid golfer.   I couldn’t wait to retire so I could play 4 to 5 times a week, which I did.  Unfortunately I went in for a physical and found my retirement lifestyle was bad for my health,  no not the golf but all the food in the 19th hole!.    My cholesterol was really high (300+) and I had to do something about it or my last tee time was coming up faster than I wanted.

So long story short,  my doctor told me to start taking fish oils.   So I did a bunch of research to find the best fish oil for me and I want to share that information with you so you don’t have to re-hash the same ground I already covered.
